At tonight’s Council meeting Councillors voted against the LDP so we have won the first round.

This does not necessarily stop the scheme, the developers have other options to pursue it, but for now we should be pleased with ourselves.

Further information will emerge when the minutes of the meeting become available and there may well be snippets on the media tomorrow.
